Thur- 5 mile run, dry tool workout

Fri- Man Maker cave session, 6 mile run

Sat- Sun- Rest days

Monday April 12th- 5 Mile run, 150 pull-ups

Tuesday- Rest Day

Wednesday- Iron Jim[1 flat bench press, incline press, rack rope pull, pull down, ab wheel, sand bag press;2 leg press, single leg squat, split squat, glute ham raise, leg raise, RDL;3 45-20 (this means go all out for 45 seconds then 20 seconds to transition to the next exercise)pushup,crunch,45 deg. back raise,rear delt raise,bag row,tate curl,tri blasters,box jump]

Thursday- 4 mile run, climb two 5.11

Friday- climbed on the rims worked a project

Saturday- Beartooth triathlon, ice climb Silver Falls to the plateau, Ski down Misery Bowl, mountain bike back around to the trail head

Sunday- 1.5 hour trail run, 100 pull-ups
